With a total of 20,000 square feet of office space designed for small and medium enterprises, this space can be altered to suit current tenants requirements. With spaces ranging from 1500 to 6000 square feet available. 

Each floor has four M&E zones, which can be naturally ventilated and can combine to meet growth needs depending on the unit size. A single core provides shared circulation, toilets and services. The three storey building is named after the 19th century English mathematician, Ada Lovelace. The building was partly funded by the Heart of the South West Local Enterprise Partnership’s Growth Deal Funding, as well as East Devon District Council’s Cabinet investing in the development in collaboration with Devon County Council, as part of the Exeter and East Devon Enterprise Zone programme.
